Her Ceren Ocak ürünü sipariş üzerine ve tek tek sizin için üretilmektedir. Bu nedenle siparişinizden sonra ürününüz 5–7 iş günü içinde kargoya verilecektir.
Ürünler size özel üretildiği için iade kabul edilmemektedir; ancak sipariş başına bir defaya mahsus değişim mümkündür.

Değişim Politikası:
– Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonraki 7 gün içinde bir kez değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
– Değişim yapılacak ürün, kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve tüm etiketleri üzerinde olacak şekilde orijinal ambalajında gönderilmelidir.
– Talep edilen değişim ürünü stokta bulunmadığı takdirde size alternatif seçenekler sunulacaktır.

– Sipariş numaranızı ve değişim yapmak istediğiniz ürünle ilgili detayları iletiniz.
– Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra size ürünün nasıl geri gönderileceğine dair talimatlar paylaşılacaktır.

Kargo Ücretleri:
– Değişim için kargo ücretleri müşteriye aittir; yalnızca hatalı veya yanlış ürün gönderimi durumunda kargo masrafları tarafımızdan karşılanır.

Önemli Notlar:
– Her sipariş için yalnızca bir defaya mahsus değişim yapılabilir; iade yoktur.
– Belirtilen kriterleri karşılamayan ürünlerin değişim talebi reddedilebilir.
– Ürünü geri gönderirken paketin içine doldurulmuş değişim kartını eklemeyi unutmayınız.
– Hijyen nedenleriyle bikini ve mayo ürünlerinde değişim kabul edilmemektedir.

Each Ceren Ocak piece is made-to-order and individually crafted for you. Therefore, shipping will take place within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
As each item is produced specifically for you, returns are not accepted; however, one exchange is possible.

– The item for exchange must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
