Tüm Ceren Ocak ürünleri sizin için özel olarak ve sipariş üzerine üretilmektedir.
Bu nedenle, hiçbir koşulda iade kabul edilmemektedir.
Ancak, aşağıda belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde sipariş başına bir defaya mahsus değişim hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

Değişim Politikası (İade Yoktur)
– Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonraki 7 gün içinde bir kez beden veya model değişimi yapabilirsiniz.
– Değişim talebinizi, adınız-soyadınız, sipariş numaranız ve değişim sebebinizi belirterek info@cerenocak.com adresine e-posta ile iletmeniz gerekmektedir.
– E-posta ile gönderilmeyen değişim talepleri kabul edilmez.
– Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra size bir FedEx iade etiketi ve gönderi adresi sağlanacaktır.
– Ürünü farklı bir kargo firması ile göndermeyi tercih ederseniz, tüm kargo ücretlerinden siz sorumlu olursunuz.
– Ürün bize ulaştıktan ve onaylandıktan sonra, tek seferlik değişiminiz ücretsiz olarak tarafınıza gönderilecektir.

Önemli Notlar
– İade kesinlikle yoktur; yalnızca sipariş başına bir defaya mahsus değişim yapılabilir.
– Ürün kullanılmamış, tüm orijinal etiketleri ve ambalajıyla, leke, koku veya hasar olmadan gönderilmelidir.
– Mağazada denenmiş veya satın alınmış ürünler değiştirilemez.
– Hediye/promosyon ürünleri, yalnızca tam set olarak iade edildiğinde değişime tabidir.
– Uygun şekilde paketlenmeden veya önceden değişim talebi yapılmadan gönderilen ürünler reddedilir ve müşteriye kargo ücreti yansıtılarak geri gönderilir.
– Ürün, güvenli bir şekilde depomuza ulaşana kadar müşterinin sorumluluğundadır. Kargo sırasında hasar gören veya kaybolan ürünlerden firmamız sorumlu değildir.

For this reason, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
However, you are entitled to ONE exchange per order, under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy (No Returns)
– You can exchange the size or model once, within 7 days of receiving your order.
– To request an exchange, please send an e-mail to info@cerenocak.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for exchange.
– Exchange requests sent without an e-mail will not be accepted.
– Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Fedex return label and shipping address.
– If you choose to ship the product back via another courier, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
– Once we receive and approve the product, your one-time exchange will be sent free of charge.

Important Notes
– No refunds are available, only a one-time exchange is allowed per order.
– Items must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and no signs of wear (stains, odors, damage).
– Items tried on or purchased in-store cannot be exchanged.
– Free/promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless returned as a full set.
– Products sent without proper packaging or without prior exchange request will be rejected and returned with shipping cost charged to the customer.
– Customers are responsible for the item until it safely arrives at our warehouse. Damaged or lost items during shipping are not our responsibility.
